How do I book an appointment?
Visit our clinic website, select your preferred service and date, and complete the online intake form. We will confirm your booking via email and SMS.
Are there follow-up fees?
Yes, we follow a 14-day rule. If you return for a follow-up within 14 days of your previous visit, there is no fresh consultation fee. After 14 days, a new fee applies.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI for online consultations. For in-clinic visits, you may pay at the counter via c.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, we are flexible. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Please contact us to confirm your new date and time.
How do I access my prescriptions?
After your consultation, you can log in to your patient portal to view, download, or print your prescription PDF. You can also share it via WhatsApp or email.
